KW VegFest returns in person this weekend
After switching to a virtual format last year, the annual KW VegFest is returning in-person this Sunday.
The festival, which is in its fourth year, will feature a series of vendors, speakers, and live music.
It’s intended for “vegans, veg-curious and everyone looking to learn about veganism, zero-waste living and getting involved in climate action,” the festival website reads.
The festival boasts a variety of food options, from Turkish, East Indian, Chinese, Jamaican, ice cream, veggie burgers, vegan “fried chickun” tenders, and more.
There will also be vendors selling items like soap, beauty products, clothing, and accessories.
